Do you use AI in video editing?

How are short-form videos charged through Edit Bank?
A finished video up to 90 seconds uses 2 Edit Bank minutes. A finished video from 91 to 180 seconds uses 4 Edit Bank minutes. A 5-second grace applies at the relevant duration boundary.
